Returns & Shipping

OUR RETURN POLICY: At Hilo we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you'd like to make a return on a purchased item, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of product delivery. You may email info@hiloapparel.com for the address to ship your return to. All products must be returned in original packaging with original tags, unworn, unwashed and un-used. The money refunded into your account will be the price of the item, minus shipping.

RETURN ADDRESS: This address will be given once we are emailed to process a return.

Included in the returned package must be the return slip filled out with your name and reason for return. The post must be paid for by the customer for returns.

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER: If you would like to modify or cancel your order please contact info@hiloapparel.com, if your package is not yet shipped we may be able to cancel/alter the order. If the order has shipped, you will need to go through the return process. 

DAMAGED ITEMS: We are so sorry if you receive a damaged item, get back to us within 10 days of the delivery day and we will try to send you a replacement piece. Damaged items will not be returned to us unless upon request. 

EXCHANGES: We currently aren't offering exchanges, if you would like to exchange an item you can create a new order, and if within timeframe, we can refund your other item. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping, Customs, and taxes will be paid for by customer, and these fees vary depending on local government. For an international return please contact bella@hiloapparel.com 

DISCLAIMERS: Please give us 14 days to receive and process your return request, we will email you once the return and refund are completed.
